We provide activities to help you get fit and stay healthy. Why not start with gardening, walking, football, or our table tennis group?
We can help you:
- Join in with our free, regular groups: football, yoga, cricket, boxing, table tennis, squash, walking, gardening
- Find out how to join a local gym
- Find out where the swimming pools are
- Borrow a bike and go cycling

Where else can I go in Halifax?
