Our footballers were unlucky to lose 6-3 against Yorkshire St Pauli in a very evenly contested match that was arranged to coincide with Amnesty International's celebration of the contribution that refugees have made to football in the UK since the Second World War. Every one of our players, apart from the old man in goal, performed superbly and maintained a brilliant attitude throughout. We should all be extremely proud of our first attempt at an eleven-a-side game this season. Thanks to everyone at Yorkshire St Pauli, especially Gary Scott, Nicole and Fuzz for making it possible.
